Aaron Sacra – Certified Health and Wellness Coach | Retired 82nd Airborne Veteran

“Forged in Fire, Driven by Purpose”

Aaron Sacra is a retired U.S. Army veteran who proudly served with the elite 82nd Airborne Division. His military career demanded peak performance, resilience, and self-discipline—qualities that would later become the foundation of his second mission: helping others reclaim their health and strength.

After sustaining serious injuries in the line of duty, Aaron faced a grueling road to recovery. It was through this deeply personal battle that he discovered the transformative power of holistic wellness. What began as a fight for survival became a passion for understanding the body, rebuilding the mind, and forging a new path forward.

Driven by this mission, Aaron became a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, blending evidence-based wellness strategies with the grit and mental toughness honed in the military. His approach is grounded in lived experience—he knows what it’s like to start from zero, and he’s living proof that transformation is possible.

Now, Aaron empowers others—especially veterans, first responders, and individuals overcoming trauma—to take charge of their health, redefine their limits, and live with purpose. Whether it’s through lifestyle change, nutrition, or stress reduction, Aaron brings authenticity, empathy, and intensity to every session.
